柯文哲昨下午赴台大兒童醫院發放元宵提燈，台大兒童醫院大廳擠得水洩不通。不乏有柯文哲台大同事的孩子，甚至孫子，都來拿燈籠，不少民眾也爭相與柯握手拍照。
談及北市府資訊公開，他說，將由公民參與委員會決定，這委員會有2項重要任務，分別是決定金價查詢資料開放程度及參與式預算。這一、二天就會上網公告遴選，預計遴選8到12名府外委員，歡迎各界報名參與。
對於公民參與委員會是否疊床金價即時報價架屋？柯說，已交由北市研考會研究，會將現有的委員會整併，朝向組織精簡的方向辦理。
議員高嘉瑜昨表示，所謂的公民參與委員會，究竟由哪些人組成？感覺有點疊床架屋，理論上應是除了法令限制外，其他文件都全部公開，若全都透過委員會決議，太曠日廢時。
